Although the rating is only 4 ladybugs, I would give it a 5 if I didn't have much more powerful graphic tools. An excellant program depending upon your use of it. I use Imagoweb for tiling and quick views of the graphics on my harddrive. whenever I create backgrounds in PSP I send them over to Imagoweb to see how they look. This works perfectly for me. there are even a few filters here. Actually quite a few and some handy ones too. Another feature I like is that you can create a tiled image, but sometimes it does not always turn out the way you planned (no control over the output). Imageweb also does batch conversions. As freeware goes, Imagoweb is one of the best.
