I don't know how I ever lived with out this program. Enable toolbars allows you to place most of your icons into a popup toolbox on your desktop. Completely configurable. You can add toolboxes inside of toolboxes to organize your desktop like never before. Wallpaper looks much better without all those messy icons.
Note:
there are a few icons that cannot be moved from the desktop.
