Please click on the Windows Start button, then move up to Settings and choose Control Panel. From here, you will see an icon named "Internet." Double click on it. Go ahead and click on the Advanced tab and find the option labeled "Enable Smooth Scrolling." If this option is checked, you will want to uncheck it. That should correct this problem! =)

The next thing you want to do, is click on "My AOL" then "preferences" then "WWW" then the Web Graphics tab at the top. If the box beside "Use compressed graphics" is checked, uncheck it. This will help with the loading and saving of grapics. Your images will be much clearer when saved.

Last, AOL mail will not allow some images to come through in emails. I never see the lovely stationary or graphics the ladies include with their emails. The only solution here is to have an alternate email for the VGP that does allow this, such as Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.
